Recover from an unavailable or incorrect portal address.

Step by step

   Check whether the link was copied completely or contains a typing error.

   Use Go back to dashboard to return to your workspace.

   Find the intended page in the sidebar, or use Reference Search to locate the booking or document.

4. 4

   For a shared document link, ask the sending agency for a current link if it remains unavailable.
